Mr. Marshall has been a practicing trial lawyer for more than twenty years. He spent his early career litigating personal injury cases before shifting his focus solely to property insurance claims, specifically sinkhole litigation. After founding and managing the largest sinkhole litigation firm in Florida for many years, Mr. Marshall has refocused his career by founding the firm of Marshall Thomas Burnett in 2005. Mr. Marshall's goal is to provide each client with zealous and hands-on representation in the areas of sinkhole law as well as personal injury law.
