Mr. Nutter was born in Jacksonville, Florida and raised in Dallas, Texas. He returned to Florida in 1996 to attend the University of Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2000 and he continued his education at the Stetson University College of Law where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2003; he also earned his Master of Business Administration from Stetson University in 2003 as part of their joint degree program. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
