Mr. Nipps was born in Ft. Collins, Colorado but has lived in the Tampa Bay area for the last twenty years. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree and continued his education at Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2003. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Nipps is also admitted to practice law before all state courts in Tennessee.
